The tools you’ve shared are ones I will use going forward. Especially the Spotify lists. I need to really sink into making meditation a natural part of my life. I’ve been listening to more and more music and feeling energized. Plus listening to calming music at night to help me sleep. Having been diagnosed with ADHD last summer. It’s been a learning curve of realization that I am enough just as I am. That I don’t need to dim myself for anyone. I need to be authentic and not worry about how someone may judge me.
I’ve been quiet and laying low to make others happy most of my life. But I want to be loud and weird and sing and dance and paint and create.

You shared personal experience and history. The practices were simple and not overwhelming. You helped to guide people in how to notice those shifts of energy after the practices in their body so for those new to this kind of stuff is so valuable and important. Like honestly girl, you did amazing.
I felt amazing the whole rest of the day. I was listening to music and jammin out & dancing all adhering after and on my ride to grimsby to pick up the kids. I was so in flow and felt so light and aligned and it’s been a long time since I’ve felt that good, or that way. So thank you 🫶🏼🫶🏼
I got up this morning and did some tapping & body pat downs before I left. Drank my entire water bottle. Then took the kids to walk around dufferin islands which was closed off but at least we got outside haha. All of which are the morning routine I created. Short and simple (energy movement + water) and then I have my first school break I will either go for a walk or have a dance party with those 15 mins. So felt good to commit to it all today.
