Where is the retreat located?
The retreat will be held at Mandala Retreat Center in Costa Rica, surrounded by lush jungle and near beautiful beaches.How do I get to the retreat?
You will fly into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) or Quepos Airport (XQP). We will provide a group shuttle to Mandala Retreat Center on November 30th at 10:00AM. You must arrive at SJO on November 29th, and stay in our coordinated hotel for one night before being transferred by our staff the next day, November 30th, to Ojochal.What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is on November 29th at SJO Airport, then on Novmeber 30th you officially arrive at Mandala in the afternoon, and check-out is on December 5th at 11:00AM. You will arrive 1 day before the retreat begins – Mandala will shuttle you from SJO airport hotel to Ojochal on November 30th.Do I need a passport or visa?
A valid passport is required for travel to Costa Rica. Depending on your country, you may not need a visa for stays under 90 days.Is travel insurance required?
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected cancellations, flight changes, or emergencies. We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations of the event due to reasons outside of our control (mother nature or Synergy, government, etc.).
What are the accommodation options?
We offer private and shared rooms at different pricing tiers. You can select your preference upon booking.Can I choose my roommate if I select a shared room?
Yes! If you’re coming with a friend, let us know and we will pair you together. Otherwise, we will thoughtfully assign roommates.What kind of food will be served?
Our meals are high-quality, farm-to-table, organic, and locally sourced. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary needs—just let us know in advance.

Flights, airport transfers before or after November 30th, travel insurance, and any extra personal expenses (spa services, shopping, etc.) are not included. You can add a massage for $80 USD – please coordinate with us before the retreat to ensure availability. Any additional excursions on your “free day” are at an additional cost and can be arranged through our concierge after registration.What level of yoga or movement experience is required?
None! Whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced, our practices are accessible to all levels.What kind of transformation can I expect?
This retreat is designed to regulate your nervous system, release stored emotional patterns, and activate your fullest expression. Many women experience profound shifts in confidence, clarity, and embodiment.
What are the payment options?
We offer payment plans as well as pay-in-full options. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.A non-refundable deposit of $800 is due upon registration.
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the intimate nature of this retreat, all payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another eligible participant if you’re unable to attend. This transfer must be done by you — UNTAMED hosts are not responsible for completing any guest transfers.How do I know if this retreat is right for me?
Every guest must apply to ensure alignment. If you feel called to deepen your healing, embody your feminine power, and connect with like-minded women, this retreat is for you.
Waiver: All guests must sign a liability waiver to attend the UNTAMED Retreat.
Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the nature of the event, no refunds will be available. You an transfer your payment to another guest – it is up to you to make the arrangements to get a payment from the new guest, we can offer assistance with this if we have a queue or waitlist.
